SKY VILLA

Designed for enhanced privacy and exclusivity of its residents, we conceived Sky Villa (17 floors in all) to house only one apartment per floor. Nestled in an urban neighborhood, the stand-alone structure will have exposed brick façade with green pockets in the balconies. To avoid clutter on the exterior elevation, the services run through floors with twelve feet floor-to-floor height, whilst providing clear ten feet of usable height.
