D/3 HIMSON BUNGALOWS

Renovating a 60 year old private residence, without disturbing its original structure is a stimulating experience. The central entry of the house is through the garden which lends it a grand appearance. The naturally lit, well ventilated spaces open up in the semi-open verandah. We designed the home with large spaces laced with contemporary elements. Redesigning on the existing plinth and vastu considerations gave the house a squarish form. The elements and colors scheme used in the interior spaces maintains the long-standing charm of the residence.
