HeeraUday is a boutique commercial property situated in the high-density city center of Anand. The brief was to develop it into a modern leasable property for a single client having interconnectivity between the three floors. This being in the center of the old city area, the façade is small and therefore a subtle horizontal shuffle was initiated to give a dynamic façade.
