40,000 SFT

Vadodara, Gujarat

Fitting the contemporary into the old city area of Vadodara, the Indian Institute of Medical Association is a perfect example of retrofitting. Erected on a site of about 15,000 sft the building offers administrative spaces clubbed for the members as well as spaces for social gatherings that can be rented out. The design revolves around the concept of creating solids and voids in the interior spaces, while having a closed structure from the outside with specially designed perforated fa├žades.
