Baroda High School
An expansion of school, the new building is designed to cohesively fit with the existing building. Suitable to the architectural language of institutional buildings, the masses are composed to cater the needs of all age groups studying in a school. Emphasis is made on merging the structures by introducing a suspended central block serving as library and connecting the old and new, below which, congregational spaces are created. Special feature of this project is the insertion of brick veneer façades that generate earthly touch and vertical circulation encased in two cylindrical structures.
